This game would be really fun if it would let you to actually earn the characters you want and not take months to do so. All this game wants to do is take your money. Everything is made 100 times easier by just paying for it versus playing the game, enjoying it and earning it. Every time you finish something a pop up to buy something appears. This game could’ve been really awesome but instead it’s just a money grab and a huge letdown

I played this game over 3 years. It is a dead game. People are quitting because the developers are not trying anymore. Constant bugs, constant broke events, and new characters are bad.

  • Fun game but terrible support and greedy.

Game is very fun. However they have entirely too many bottle necks which makes progress slow. They tend to release more bottle necks and never ease up on old ones. Support team is quite literally the worst I’ve seen. Usually take several days to answer and are terrible when they do. (But hey paying people in Indonesia 12 cents a day is enough for them to never address their incompetence). Scopely/boundless seems to have little understanding of micro transactions. All offers are either terrible value or say “over 90% off !!” When it is in fact not even 1% off. Again, the game is fun but clearly ownership views us as cattle, just milking what they can. Fix the easy issues like economy please. You’re starting to earn an EA games type reputation.

I’ve been playing this game basically since it came out, and I’m still doing stuff. Credits to the creator / team for constantly adding new things and characters. Speaking of that, I would love to see a algorithm put in place for all the different stores when I max a character out on the star level that it replaces them with a character I haven’t maxed out. I do also wish it didn’t take as long to recover alliance war energy. This is literally the only game I play one my phone. No other game is worth the time. This game is one of a kind and not going anywhere anytime soon and the developers have made that clear😎. Some new characters you could add if aren’t already doing it lol. The mandarin, Quicksilver, Odin, blade, Gwenpool, hope summers, Rick jones, lizard, sandman, red hulk, skaar, marvel boy(Noh-Varr), tippytoe, lockjaw, Franklin Richard’s, black bolt, hala, invisible woman. I could continue going on but I’m sure there’s a list out there of 900+ characters. This game will literally never end. Amazing job choosing the marvel universe.
  • Predatory company

The game is super addictive and have some fun aspects. But it’s run by a company driven by greed who doesn’t care about its gaming community. The prices they practice is just gouging and the latest example is for this young avenger character for which you need to spend roughly $1,200 to be able to complete the full event. The worst of it is that even if this character is worth it, it’ll become obsolete next patch as they have completely lost control on the balance on this game. Good reviews come from mostly new players that have not yet realized how a pay(a lot) 2 win this game has become. Update on May 24th: this is getting completely out of hands! You need at least $5,000.00 a month if you want to compete in this game: resource scarcity, pace at which they release overpowered team, gouging prices. You would think that the game is fun but it’s just frustrating ! Glitches, crashes and customer support you have to fight with to get compensated for a bug that was officially acknowledged. And the quality time is non existent. As an example, to complete the last Enchanted Bloodline event, you need 58k points and win 40 points per Blitz Sim win. That’s 1,450 blitz sim to be done in 48 hours!!! Seriously scopely, do you think we don’t have a life. What about the practice to have events to unlock A Force characters that requires A Force characters? Scopely greed is getting to a new level and this app should not be classified on the App Store as Game but as Gambling without the ethics of that industry.

It’s not designed to be fun. It’s designed to make you afraid to miss completing any task. Way too grindy . They just keep adding more. I quit after three years and am loving having my time back.

Game hasn’t worked for me in about a month. This is now a regular occurrence no matter how updated my phone and the app are. Support for this game is absolutely appalling. For a game that has had nothing but money funneled into it for years you would think that they would have at least a semblance of control over their system. Trying to chat with support is near impossible considering you have to open a new “ticket” each time you start a chat. The tickets don’t get continued however so you get asked the same question each time without a single bit of actual progress towards fixing the issues. Troubleshooting is a no go. Just hope you never have an issue….because you’re essentially screwed out of all your time and money. Do better.
