    Delete function is pretty bad. You can’t “select all dates” and delete. You used to be able to do this. Can you not constantly shove cloud subscription whenever we’re in this app? Please allow us to opt-out!

    This is a good app. I have not spent a lot of time getting into all of the bells and whistles, but at face value I do like it so far. One thing I would like to see is more app icon features. I’d like to be able to make the icon bigger on my Home Screen. :)

  • Video not available half the time

    I have this doorbell on a home for sale and half of the time it shows a video was recorded but when I click on it I get “video not available” So frustrating. Emailed support and never got a response. This is with paying for the subscription!

    Had the camera for a while. Great video/ photo - day and night vision. My issue is storing and saving Videos. Reached out to CloudEdge more than once with no responses. ??!!!!

    Have tried everything to get this app to work (is non-responsive to sign-ON request - both email and using Face ID). On the latest iOS (18.7.1), on an iPhone 15. Have deleted and reinstalled the app, tried a new account and quit all apps and shutdown the phone. I give up!

    Works ok but it time out when you format SD card so you have to do the 2 time to make sure it was done
