I had three generations of recipes haphazerdly 'stored' in a hutch. Everything from 50-year old folded pieces of paper (falling apart and stained) to Post-It notes and pages printed off the internet. A friend recommended Recipe Keeper. It is simply awesome. All my favorites in one place. Too much beef defrosted? No problem, go to the beef section and find a meal in seconds. Best money I ever spent in the kitchen...well, besides my cast iron!

I purchased the Recipe Keeper Pro for $29.99 on Mac. It was not my first choice of app for recipe organization, but I purchased it for the cookbook creation feature and because the Pro Upgrage said it would sync across all devices and that it was a one time payment for all devices signed into my iOS account. It was only after I purchased Pro on my Mac and downloaded the app for iPhone that I realized the iPhone app requires a separate $19.99 purchase. I feel itshould be made more clear that it is not, in fact, a one-time purchase for all iOS devices, but instead a one-time purchase only for Mac devices signed in with the same iOS account. I much prefer using a different recipe app and regret ever purchasing Recipe Keeper Pro.

Super easy program to use. I love being able to add recipes from websites, photos or screenshots! It’s also easy to share recipes with others.

Be warned, I paid the $30 to upgrade the app on my MacBook. Was told that it would work across all devices with the same Apple ID. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get my purchase to show on my iPhone. Reached out for support and they told me I would need to pay another $30 to be able to use the app on my phone. What a waste. I wish I had picked a different recipe keeping app.

I love Recipe Keeper! I have all my recipes in my hand when I want to share a recipe or I am out shopping. i have the app on my Mac making it even easier to add new recipes by typing or easily adding one from a website!

Absolutely love this app! I am able to import recipes from anywhere and add it to my collection. It also syncs between my devices so that I always have access. I appreciate its improved recipe import feature using a photo, image, or scan. It also gives the ability to export all the recipes you have entered, so no fear of losing all your hard organizational work!

This is a must have cook book . It is so easy to use . And you can do so much with it. Its so easy to add and share recipes. I was even able to move my master cook recipes into it, and master cook is a pain to move recipes out of.

The ease of adding recipes from different sources, photo, web address, PDF is phenomenal . And having it synced between my Mac, iPad, and iPhone makes it so easy to see my recipes anywhere especially at the grocery store.

I have bought this app on two platforms already and I’m planning on buying it on two more, it’s simply the best recipe app and I want it EVERYWHERE! I wish they had a Linux version too; my kitchen laptop runs linux and I have to use my phone to look at recipes.

It is so easy to enter new or old recipes. Super easy to share recipes. I do wish that I could share the app with my immediate family, but it’s not hard just to send them a copy of an individual recipe if it’s their turn to cook. No subscription, just a one time purchase which is totally worth it.
