I would give this app five stars, if when you opened it. It fit your screen. It opens too large and you can’t see half of what comes up.

I like Clean My Mac becasue it is fast and it gives me a choice about what to remove and what to keep. I am tech-challenged, so I appreciate how easy and fast it is to use.

When you have only the entry level Mac, it is vital to keep it clean and uncluttered if it going to run smooth and swift. This App does that for me beautifully!

Got rid of 17GB when dumb loom kept saying low on disk space but it’s really not it uses it’s own space for ITS space and that’s a different space you need to clean lol.

You reps and your company practice deciptive and misleading business practices. The sad part is, you probably have a good product. There is NO reason to decive consumers regardimg your procing mechanism. The fact that it was unclear, and required an expert shpper such as myself, to have to send a written request for clarrifucation before making my purchase as all the proof I should have needed to prove your company is NOT reputable. My question SPECIFICALLY asked 2 very clear questions - “Please confirm the following: 1. Is your basic plan for $3.33 per month billed monthly, or is it billed as $39.99 once a year? 2. If it is billed as $3.33 per month, would it be a month-to-month plan, or would I be committed to 12 months at $3.33 per month?" The correct and ONLY response to my VERY DIRECT and VERY CLEAR Question 1, should have simply been "The $3.33 is ONLY billed Annually at $39.99. If you want a plan that bills on a MONTHLY basis, the ONLY option is $9.99." However, the response provided by your slick talking rep (Max) above, is deplorable - "So if you choose monthly plan it gets on monthly basis, whereas the annual plan gets billed every year with price breakdown of how much it would cost you monthly." I would NOT use your services now if you gifted it to me for a year at NO COST. I have lost my faith your company, and I view you as a low integrity group of individuals and business. Dr. Ross
