I have tried many calendars and tasks apps. None of them are nearly as easy to use as Googles Tasks. It allows me to schedule tasks on my calendar (separate app) which is exactly what I needed. Things it could improve on. There is no way to control how things are seen on the calendar so scheduled events get buried in the tasks for the day and I nearly missed work. Personalization would be amazing even if it was just a couple of choices. Third, it would be really helpful if I could change the font in tasks in someway. Being able to bolden or italic certain words would help. Maybe some color coding. It would be also amazing if Calendar, Tasks and Notes were all one app but I happy with this. All and all I was very happy with it and the fact it is completely free is an added bonus but had to find something else because scheduled events don’t take priority in the app and I desperately need them too. Seriously super easy to use if you need something simple and easy this is it.

Really enjoy having tasks added to my calendar. Something’s just aren’t full calendar events and you need to be reminded. These are great little quick ads to not forget the tasks, that’s so often. We just get too busy to remember. The application is easy to use integrates well with my Google Calendarand stays present until Marc completed. Very helpful.

The major flaw for me is if you create a reoccurring task (say every week you want to be reminded to vaccume a bedroom), once you completed that task for Week 1, you have to remember to go delete that task from completed or else it will not remind you the next week to do that task. It’s a common problem that’s been in the app for over 2 years. So if you don’t remember to go delete something EVERY TIME, then you won’t be reminded to do it again the future… it’s as ridiculous as it sounds and enough for me to delete the app.

I’m always skittish to try any new apps. Especially when it has anything to do with my . Thankfully this particular “ google tasks” organizer could not have been any easier nor anymore efficient. I’m incredibly impressed. Thanks!

I would like to be able to see all my tasks at once. Similarly how the cal app allows for multiple emails/calendars to be seen all at once I didn’t play around with the app any further as I was only able to work with half my tasks at a time. I think the iOS Reminder app might be in competition with this one.

Why isn't there an option to change the default notification sound?
