  • Find tomato under “c”

The alphabetizing is ridiculous. Tomato is under “c” for canned tomato and not in “t”. Lots of odd vegetables but missing a lot of coming ones.

This app makes tracking so easy and includes everything you need to monitor- food, exercise, stress, symptoms- and it’s FREE!
  • Needs more!!

It would be great if many more FODMAP food items could be listed by manufacturers/brands.

The search is limited. I can only find the basics. I use it to cross reference my google search. I have found that fodmap inclusions are inconsistent across sites. I do trust the output that this app provides.
  • Very confusing and inconsistent

  • Why is this rated so highly?

As the title asks, why is this app rated so highly? It has such a limited list of foods, and the search bar doesn’t seem to work for things that you think would have already been studied (papaya?? GALL versions of squash, not just butternut and spaghetti?? Rice milk is ok but is that the old-fashioned rice milk, or the current rice milk that is currently processed like modern oat milk is (enzymatically processed)? It should be listed as its name, and as a subcategory of squash. Super annoying to just have to pull up the lists I think it’s listed in and scroll around until I find it). It also doesn’t include sugar alcohols and herbal/extracted sweeteners that are popular and/or becoming popular with the ketogenic diet (as well as Candida protocol, which has some overlap with the low-FODMAP and keto diet). What is nice is it gives you amounts that are safe or what you should limit it to, which I think is helpful. And when you click on the ones high in FODMAPs, it specifies which kind of FODMAP it’s high in. But outside of that, the app could use some updating on the food listing and some work to be more user-friendly.

I really do not find it helpful for me but am unable to find a way to cancel my account. Shady when they make it so hard to cancel membership.

I’m new to navigating a low fodmap diet and this app is a lifesaver!
  • Trying to sell you expensive programs

The app itself has some ok information and is easy to use. But it seems every time you click on something it try’s to sell you something. The Nerva program - for instance- costs $199/year…but you go through a long list of questions before they tell you that. I detest that kind of sales tactic. It has no place in true healthcare.
  • Confusing

I don’t have time to figure out how to use this app so it isn’t useful.
