I love having all of America’s Test Kitchen recipes in 1 convenient app but I frequently have issues with the app itself. I open and do a search but get an error message. I ‘return to dashboard’ and am asked to input my login info again. I do but get another error message. It’s difficult when I want to use a recipe but the app won’t log me in. I’ve started screenshotting so I can have recipes when I need them. I would give this app 5 stars if the developers would fix this issue.

I upgraded to the essentials + classes while I was still in my free trial. For a short time, I had access to the classes. Once I needed to reauthenticate, I could only access the free trial content. Your customer service is “out to lunch”. Definitely not worth $90 per year!

My go to for anything food related. From punches, to cocktails to vegetarian dishes, there’s just so much to find! Being able to check off the ingredients while shopping is nice

Best cooking app

I use ATK app almost everyday. I love to cook and bake. So any delicious recipes to choose from. I wish I can adjust the front size and zoom in pictures.

This is the WORST supported app I have ever used. If you can get it to work the information is top notch. Unfortunately on a minute by minute basis the app becomes unavailable. It’s riddled with errors, or simply just doesn’t display anything. After reporting my difficulties numerous time I am convinced no one supports the app anymore. Just browse to the webpage for what you need, at least that works.

I’ve been obsessed with ATK for many years, but the app, although amazing when it works, is a constant disappointment. Login errors, failure to load, delete and reinstall on the regular, not recognizing credentials, it’s a hot mess. Please please please get to the bottom of it.

I really want to use this app but anytime I open it it just sits on the loading screen and never does anything. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it just doesn’t work.

I love the app’s easy access to the recipes but it crashes multiple times a day

I recently signed up for the free trial because I’ve always loved the brand and was excited by the wide variety of recipes and the promise of added perks like classes and more. However, when I tapped the little whisk icon at the bottom of the screen, I realized the classes require yet another paid “upgrade.” I have to admit, I’m disappointed — it would have been nice to experience at least one class during the trial. Given that so many people in America are struggling with food insecurity, it feels a bit disheartening. My own SNAP benefits were just reduced, and because of my employment status, I now only receive $14. It would mean so much if the platform considered offering discounts or accessible options for SNAP recipients or others facing financial hardship.
