How do you have a game that gives 30 to 40 bonus and special symbols and never gives the other symbol you need. Then when you finally get one, it pays only 3 to 5 time the bet.

Please bring back more wins, you guys used to give a little bump over the day after you buy, for two months, nothing I mean why do you have us lose so much more than real slot machines? The very low level of intermittent rewards that have decreased even more over the last 6 months seems like bad business. Two years ago, all games had people playing, and now even the daily challenge games are empty. The number of houses is so few now- doesn’t seem like a good business plan. I have about a week before I will leave too. Sad- don’t know what happened to the old algorithm, I used to spend more- but why anymore ?

Slot game does not have good game pays. Bonus games are not good. Dragon spins don’t Ever pay anything over the bet. Big wins only come With smaller bets the higher the bet the less you win. It’s a free game but for me to actually say it’s fun to just play and never win isn’t a game I’ll recommend to any friends.

I tried to reach out to customer service many many times about the issue of it lagging it’s not my connection. I have high-speed Internet. It’s the game. I’ve lost millions of tokens due to the lagging and instead of asking for any kind of compensation just better just delete the game if you’re looking for a slot game that doesn’t have a lagging issue and customer service is actually helpful. Don’t play this one.

Win for a few days then can’t get a win to save my life for a month. Keep dropping in knights standing which makes it even harder to get a head and enjoy the game. It’s not very fun or enjoyable anymore 🤬
