Don't play awful rigged casino game. Everything's fake, time consuming, and horrible.. Really have no clue how this game blew up the way it did.. I hope all if your at plarium dies.. Horribly

Awesome game but the drop rate of epics and throttle of resources makes it painful for those who want to grind fast for progression. Makes you want to pay to win, and I get it’s a business. But man! Free to play is only true if you’re willing to be patient and selective about how and where to spend resources. Drop rate of champions via shards needs to be more generous. Drop rate is atrocious and you can spend tons of money on shards and still come up with nothing account-changing. I’m currently in the mid-game progression which can be a tough grind. Great game play though with champion mechanics and diversity.

Are you looking for a game that has thirty five pop up ads you have to click x on in order to play a game, then man do i have the game for you. 10/10 would play more often if they removed the popup ads all together, yes i know it only does it two- three times a day but man i am tired of clicking x just to play a mid game. Clash of Clans is the way to go if you are looking for real fun without popup ads. No hate just not worth the trouble in my opinion. Much love

Downloaded the game of an app that said that I would get Alice so far haven’t gotten Alice but still love the game

I spent $60 in my fist month. After learning about the new player and creators codes I reached out to support but they refused to give me any rewards to make up for that. Such a BS company.

Developers do nothing and support has no clue. RNG is bad. drop rates are horrible and incorrectly documented. Balance is non-existent. They simply continue to slap more lipstick on this pig. There are too many problems in this game that they have NEVER fixed. Came back after a multi-year hiatus to see what, if anything, they had fixed. As it turns out, they just screwed up more by adding more new content without fixing any of the core issues and continue to deny there are issues. Be prepared to spend a lot money to get to end game because the real game is not balanced at all, only the end game. The reviews posting positive comments are paid and by money players. Dont play if you don’t plan on paying. Additionally, when faced with an absolute problem with their design, the typical response is to make excuses and attempt to justify their position but do not actually review the problem and make changes. The only changes they make are ones that benefit themselves, not the players. Customer support continues to be thin skinned failures and have no business being a part of customer support at any time anywhere. This is the most horribly run game on the market. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Joao is the most useless customer support rep I’ve ever dealt with anywhere.

Raid is a very good looking game. But the good ends there. This game absolutely takes every single opportunity and holds NOTHING back in their goal of pressuring players to spend money. Literally every single time you open the game there are MULTIPLE pop-up ads directing you to spend money on some item in their shop. Years ago, I spend money on this game and there was a huge debacle where Plarium was updating their security settings and somehow, people were able to log into to other players accounts without even needing a password and mine was one of the accounts that was affected (seriously, google it). The player that was essentially handed my account proceeded to delete all of gear and champions. When I tried to get help from the helpdesk, they proceeded to request the most insane information such as the dates and specific zip codes of all of my purchases beginning from years before and they would accept nothing else. Even just asking to get back the items that had been deleted was apparently asking too much. Fast forward to now. I foolishly logged back in to find the game just as flagrantly greedy and uncaring. TLDR; games like Raid push the absolute limits of abusive marketing and poor customer service. Playing or spending money only fuels and rewards their dystopian business model.
