I loved this monitor with my first 3 years ago, with the updates and new company now all I get is false alarms, delays, connectivity issues ect, I feel like I can’t trust it at all. Half the time it can’t recognize my baby is not there, is buffering or picking up my cat breathing across the room.

Husband got it for me to help postpartum anxiety, worked great for like the first year, then started noticing glitches, here and there nothing major until these last 6 months now it's constantly saying "miku offline" went to only being able to watching it on my iPad to now nothing at all... it will say it's "connected" and "connect" just fine but then when you look in the settings after you reset/reconnect it will say not connected or poor connection.. very frustrating

Ive been a nanny for 6 years now, and Miku is by far the WORST baby monitoring app of all. Constantly glitching. The screen will just go dark, and won’t turn on at all, the app is constantly crashing, we have to unplug it over and over and over to get it to work. Nanit never failed when used, but miku has only ever been problem after problem. Absolutely do not recommend!

When it actually works, it’s pretty good but the app crashes multiple times during any nap or sleep session no matter how many apps I have open in the background. You basically have to have your phone open on the monitor and even then, it still freezes or crashes multiple times a day. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Company was bought by private equity and hid features we paid for behind a subscription. We have to power cycle the camera 2-3x / week because the app stops connecting.
There must be something better on the market.

I’d do 0 Stars if I could. Always shuts off, disconnects from WiFi, can’t load the music, and went to a paid subscription right after we bought it so we can’t use the features advertised.
