Nobody can tell me where my package is, but want me to open an app for seven days free but want payment information not giving payment information till after I get my seven days free so needs to find out where my package is and tell me it’s been 35 days. I can’t get an answer from either company. The one I bought my stuff from and the one delivering it. Telling me they don’t even have receive my package, but the app says it’s in delivery so which one is it?

This app doesn’t work. It showed a Virginia departure when package originated in California. Never updated location. Package arrived without notification

why are you forcing me to pay to see where my package is at thats stupid

This app doesn’t show what it advertises. It gives you updates, but to spot where your package is currently located, you will have to reset the app. It doesn’t show you realtime gps tracking maps like they claim that they do. There was one app that would do this for you (aside from UPS), but it’s been so long since I have seen it, that I forgot the name of it. This app doesn’t do that. If it does, then please show me, because I don’t see any navigation gps maps that show movement.

The package doesint even show up on the app the app sucks and it says the same thing as on eBay and on emails so why even track it on diffrent app it shows the same thing and what got me more mad is I forgot to cancel and it took 11$ just to not work never even used the app like that GARBAGE AND UNECCASARY

Got charged without notice! Soon as you press try free trial Boom! 19.99. It supposed to be 9.99 After trial.

I put the tracking number in, it was recognized, then I was prompted to pay. Then after I subscribed it said it did not recognize the tracking number. So it looked to like the first time was a lie to get me to pay…

Scam didn’t say in app purchases or anything and didn’t say anything on the App Store about subscriptions

This app is far inferior to UpS and FedEx tracking apps which give immediate results and are free.
