This is absolutely terrible! It’s looks like they steal my money! I’m try to create account. This not working. Authorisation not working. They tells me they can’t send message message for verification. It’s absolutely junk app

Don’t work in Bangladesh, if you are downloading by paying the app. It’s only asking US number to add. Embarrassing 😳

Lesson learned look for the reviews before installing the app, I thought it’s a good and jo problem app cuz my family back home abroad using this app the come to find out I only can call US number what a bummer

Can't change my country code to anything other than US

Does not recognize international phone numbers, only US contacts. Useless.

My family and friends they always have IMO but it always ask me to invite them and I cannot find them deteled account and recreated still same issue

They charge upfront for an app that doesn’t work. You can’t add an international contact.

The only US contacts are seen, so this messenger is domestic in fact (at least for me). Support ignored my inquiries. Would not recommend.

I had a very frustrating experience with IMO Messenger. After downloading the app, I was charged for a service, but I was unable to complete the setup or use the app. During registration, the app only allows entering a phone number from one specific country, while I am currently located in a different neighboring country. There is no option to change the country, which makes the app unusable. As a result, I could not install or use the messenger at all, yet the payment was still deducted. Charging users for a service that cannot be accessed due to such restrictions is unacceptable. I would not recommend this app unless this issue is fixed and refunds are handled properly.

I tried adding people by the phone number and by inserting from phone address book. IMO still does not show them. I cannot receive any feedback or support from IMO itself.
