Absolutely terrible customer service. App is hiding member responses and choosing to treat me like a child because I send people opening messages that are similar basically highlighting things about myself. They are pointing to it being spam or mass messages…I am canceling my plan and expect a refund. There are plenty of apps out there that won’t treat people like scum for just saying hello.

I am extremely frustrated with the fact that the free version means to have so little to do on the app. You can only like probably 2 people per day. You can’t look at your views or sent likes. You have to wait 10 days to see messages??? If I was sending a message and someone took 10 days to get back to me I would assume they were ghosting me. The deal for premium for 6 months is cute but it’s honestly ridiculous. I like that you can put so much info into the profile but hate almost everything else about the app. Will likely be deleting it and sticking to SacredSpark! Go check it out if you are considering a Catholic dating app.

If you are a catholic single who is serious about his / her faith and finding a significant other, or at least dating with intention, this app, in my experience, has been nothing but dissapointing. It’s just like any other dating app where people are just there to seek attention but are not interested in getting to know others at a personal level. I like to call it, the “tinder with a mantilla”. I had the six month subscription, talked to a few women at first who then ghosted me out of nowhere, there are very few local singles. After about the first 2 weeks I stopped getting matches or replies. It brought me nothing more than anxiety and it lowered my self esteem even more. I do not consider myself the best candidate out there, but I do consider myself decent and I do value my faith and I do want to have my own family someday, this is not my app, I do not need any further emotional harm. I suggest you get involved in your community and network with others, attend catholic events geared towards your age group and interests.

This app has so many bugs it’s ridiculous. The fact that they ask for $30 a month and then deliver this bad of an experience feels like robbery. After pausing my profile once, I was never able to pause it again. It was impossible to chat with the people I had already matched with without getting more and more messages. Oh and by the way, if your profile is paused YOU CAN’T ACCESS ACTIVE MESSAGES. This app has no respect for user privacy. On the web app, you can look people up by their name. Also, users never disappear, so you ALWAYS have the ability to look up a users profile. With other dating apps, if you “swipe left” or reject the user in some way, they disappear forever. But on this app, all users remain FOREVER. This is also ridiculous because it means that the pool of people never changes. If you look for people in your area you will see the EXACT same list every time. Users never get removed unless they themselves delete their account. So after about 2 days of looking, you have seen about all there is to see. The algorithm will never change. And to top off this scam, when you delete your account, you tap a button and then the app closes. If you try to log back in to ensure your account is deleted it says “this account is deleted. Would you like a recovery email?” This tells me that my data is not actually deleted and it could be restored it at any time. Furthermore, they send absolutely no confirmation email to confirm your account has been deleted. Considering how horrible the UX has been up to this point, I have absolutely zero confidence that these imbeciles have actually removed my account and aren’t flaunting my inactive profile around trying to convince men there are more women on the app than there actually are. Do not get this app. I repeat DO NOT GET THIS APP

I tried this app about a year ago, and gave up after a few months. Recently I decided to give it another chance and I definitely regret it. It's a good concept, but the execution is depressing. First off, there is barely any activity within 250 miles of me in a heavily populated area. Not the developers fault, but a big consideration for sure. However, the paywall of $30 per month just to send a message or avoid a 10 day "unlocking" period is egregious. Also the fact that their terms and conditions stop you from putting other social accounts in the bio forces you to wait or pay up. I was hoping for a better experience than the predatory MatchGroup apps, but this was not it. I hope it gets better, but I would recommend that you spend your time elsewhere.

Somehow this is even worse than most secular apps. If you're a woman or the top 1% of guys be prepared to get immediately bombarded with hundreds of messages, if you're a normal guy you'll probably never get any responses. If you REALLY want to use a dating app, just use Hinge. I at least have gotten a few dates out of it.

How are we suppose to make connections when you have to pay for everything? Can’t even send a message without it asking for money. This would’ve been a good app if you could send messages without having to pay. Would’ve been 5 stars now 1

Men; If you’re thinking about downloading this app to find that special woman who’s devout and puts God first, I recommend going to adoration and praying a novena to Mother Mary instead, cause you’re not gonna find that on this app. Hopefully you’ll find someone when you go to adoration, you’ll have a much better chance there.

First off, there’s like no one in my area. And I live in a very large city, starts with C and ends in Land if you know what I mean. I found a few people, had a few matches, barely any conversation. I also hate how the premium pack lets you see when people view you. So when I go and like someone, and then I see they viewed my profile and didn’t like me back, it’s honestly depressing. Also, the “values match” section keeps “matching” me with people who are like 6 hours away even though my range is set to like 50 miles. Either way, I’ll sum it up for you: 1.) depressing to use 2.) a ton of people with very high standards 3.) unrealistic travel expectations 4.) really tricky to cancel a subscription
