fantastic app, no complaints, easy to use. i will note, i have this bug, im not sure if others are experiencing it too; but if i mass select transactions, and want to mass review it. i’d click on the checkbox next to ‘all transcripts’ on the transaction tab, after that i’d click on the box below ‘review’, it doesnt review all of it, on top of that, ive noticed it doesn’t sync across all my devices. other than this bug, terrific app

Living with a traumatic brain injury has made organizing things like finances much more complex and difficult. I was hesitant to try copilot because initially after finishing the onboarding process I only saw the month to month rate and it felt higher than what I could afford, the annual subscription gives a 50% off discount as well which makes the service much more accessible. Anyway after deciding to try other cheaper options I was dissatisfied with every other service I’d tried as the biggest thing I was looking for was reliable automated transaction monitoring and while other applications advertised this none of them worked well enough to be useful. Then I received an email from the copilot team asking me why I hadn’t subscribed and if there were any issues I was having that I could help with, I told them that I didn’t know if I could afford the service and a week later I got a 2 month free trial in my email. I am very impressed with the performance of copilot it’s the only app I’ve tried that actually syncs my transactions in close to real time and the ai tools to help adjust your budget and predict expenses are impressively good. The couple issues I have had have been resolved quickly through the support line in the app, I’ve gotten a response to every question within 30 minutes from the team and always been able to fix the issue from the information they provided!

I spend more time in this app than any of the others I’ve tried. It’s fun to use, and there’s a lot of room to finesse things just how you want them. I’d spend an hour in being frustrated at how something was assigned, or turning a knob that wrecked my whole year’s history. Here? It just plain _works_ It doesn’t have every single feature i’d ask for, but that’s okay - the 99+% that it does have is flawless. Destroys the alternatives.

Best App for financial tracking.

I watched a few videos and demoed a few apps. I wanted this one to be the one for me. I tried several month and the functionality just wasn’t there. Loved the AI categories the most. But difficulties with logins away from my phone and hit & miss compatibility with my banks were more than I could deal with.

I had only heard amazing things about Copilot and how secure they maintain and keep your accounts. What they fail to be transparent about is the main third party platforms that they default to using to link your account to the Copilot platform (I.e. Plaid, Yodlee, MXN) have had multiple lawsuits in their past for selling your most sensitive information! Is it true that Copilot is secure? Yes. But it’s only because they let third parties manage the “security” aspect of linking your account. They aren’t telling you the whole story.

I loved CoPilot but ultimately I could not subscribe due to poor account handling. I’m sorry but sharing passwords is not a good solution. I would only recommend if you are single.

The company emailed me a discount code, encouraging me to sign up with it. However, after multiple tries, it will not accept the discount code that was directly provided by the company. What a joke.

This app is great. Very quick performance.

Love copilot - been using it for a couple years now. Used to highly recommend, but ever since “Goals” came out on iOS (love it when it works by the way), the app has just completely slowed down, sometimes to nearly unusable. I have cleared the local cache, deleted the app and redownloaded, and have even tried the app on two different phones. However, even with all of this, the app now struggles to keep up whenever I try to move to a new tab. It is worst when I first start the app. Hoping this gets fixed soon.
