I’m loving it. A bit difficult but I'm getting the hang of it. I was always intimidated but I put my big boy pants on and said what the heck.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I downloaded this application to see if it could help me with editing photos for my business and after one try, realized it wouldn’t. It was monotonous and worthless to me. I had until 10/17/25 to cancel the free trial, so I did that and thought it was fine. When going to download another app, it said that I had to pay $29.99 for the FLTR app before I could download anything else. I reached out to Apple and they told me it was a glitch/mistake and told me to just pay the $29.99 and then request a refund. So, I did exactly that and now Apple is telling me no, you’re not eligible for a refund. Nobody can give me an exact reason either. I’m irate about this and on top of it, just out of curiosity I checked to see if it would even let me use the app and it says I have to purchase it!!!! What a joke! Don’t download this app! Especially don’t activate your free trial because apparently even if they tell you 14 days free, they can just decide to charge you for it anyway and you’ll just be out $30.

Be cautious when purchasing Lightroom Pr. They don’t offer refunds, even if you cancel within 30 minutes. The product also requires you to purchase Lightroom Lr in order to use the presets, which isn’t clearly stated upfront. Although Adobe claims to have a 14-day refund policy, they refused to issue a refund in my case. I cancelled my subscription just 30 minutes after purchase and still received no refund. I subscribed to the monthly plan at $2.99, but they charged my Apple Pay for an entire year instead. When I filed a refund request through Apple Pay, Lightroom still declined to refund the payment. Their billing practices feel misleading — please be extremely careful when dealing with them.

When you download an app and click it and as soon as it appears on screen you’re hit with a payment screen instead of letting us browse the app even if everything is locked. The app isn’t worth my time.. we should have the option to browse the app before making a decision on if we want to pay instead of click (first time open) payment screen. I’ll keep uninstalling and use other options instead because of this. To me it shows the devs are more focused on “give us your money” instead of look how good our app is. Yes I know there’s a tiny “x” to close out of the payment wall however that’s not the point I was making..

This app is amazing and you can basically get any present just by watching an ad. Don’t buy the pack and waste your money just watch a little ad
