    Support was able to help me out with this (once I found the corner of the site where users could actually contact Support). It's fixed this time although I worry about the same thing happening in future app updates--hopefully they'll get it fixed for next time! Fixing my rating for now because I really do rely heavily on this app!

  • Lots of Problems

    This app hs repeatedly miscalculated my sleep debt. Example: 2 hours of debt plus 4 hours of debt does not equal 11 hours of debt. Turns out it was a bug. Filed an inquiry. They saw the problem and fixed it, then it happened three more times. The most recent time I tried deleting and redownloading the app cuz that has fixed it before. Well now I have a new bug: No login screen. Only a signup screen. So I decided I wanted to cancel my subscription because I’m tired of these bugs. Except one problem: you can only cancel from your account in the app, which I can’t access. I filed an inquiry two months ago. No reply. Filed a new inquiry two weeks ago. No reply. So I’m trapped in my subscription and none of Rise’s support team will help me. It’s really stressful because it is an expensive subscription. For any Rise employee reading this, my inquiry as of today is still not acknowledged and is #76746. The reason I gave two stars instead of one is because when the app works properly, it is great. The energy peak and melatonin window stuff is very very helpful to me. If my app consistently worked properly and the Rise team made me feel like I’m worth their time, I’d give a much much different review.

    This app is absurdly buggy and makes me question it’s supposed “science.” Example, when I use the “find a time” feature, it’s unable to find an ideal time for anything because according to the science, I’m going to be groggy all day every day for the next week. Despite having eight hours of quality sleep most nights for the last two weeks. I canceled the free trial.

    This app asks you many questions up front when setting up, but then when you sign up for the trial and try creating an account at the end, you’ll lose all of your progress after confirming your email. What a joke of an app for not just letting you in first and letting you adjust everything to set up.

    I feel like this 7 day trail will work for me so if it helps, I indeed will pay $2 a month, can you believe that just $2 A MONTH!!!! I’m a student in highschool right now and not only will this fix my sleep schedule and performance but it will also help me stop smoking weed to sleep.

    Hi! I’m 15 and I have a really bad sleep schedule, I sleep around 2 Am, wake up at 8:00 AM and sleep again around 12-2PM and take a nap till 7 pm. It repeats almost everyday but sadly can’t afford this app. This is an amazing app :) keep up w the good work!
