Ad error and duration problems

Just downloaded the app to finish up watching sistahs the ad commercials would come on and after one ad is finished? The ad would still show and if you are using subtitles you’re basically reading the show subs but not watching the show technically.

The bugs are getting out of hand. I wasn’t able to watch a full episode of one of my shows. During the ad break, the captions were playing (as if the show resumed) and only one ad played then the video froze. I tried to restart the episode and also fast forward past where I left off and nothing. I had to skip to the next episode and missed a lot of info. Also, sometimes when I rewind 10 seconds it will go to an ad break and rewind to a way earlier part of an episode.

The app keeps charging me even after i cancelled the subscription on apple and i deleted it and it still hasnt stopped 3 months later

When I try to watch certain movies I get an error message. I reached out to support any their fix was to close the app and relaunch… like I hadn’t done that already multiple times. If some many people are complaining about an app how about you FIX it. I won’t be paying for this again

Downloaded the app and started my free trial which I was excited for - but I realized I could only watch certain parts of episodes. When an ad starts it will then buffer . It’s frustrating because I will refresh the app , delete and reinstall I still can’t get pass the buffer on the ads. I also notice it usually happens when it’s ads (1/6)… if it’s only two ads I don’t have any problems. I also notice it happens when I’m trying to watch a show . No problem watching movies.

NEEDS MAJOR UPDATED SHOWS This app had me excited to see all my shows right in the comfort of my own home. Now I’m regretting downloading this app. Why can’t I see now episodes instead of months ago series and movies.

BET+ doesn’t have the new seasons uploaded of their own shows but has them on other streaming platforms?

The app freezes. Plays commercials back to back. I watched the same commercial 4 times back to back. If I fast forward a commercial will play, when the show does start it takes me back to where I was prior to the fast forward. The show plays in the background but I can’t see it and it just circles/loads.
