The “new” version of the UI is completely ruined, there was nothing wrong with the old one. The only reason to make a new version is to pay salaries for some useless developers

Great app. Works great and is great on notifying me when things happen.

I recently had problems with the camera not functioning properly. The app showed that the battery was fully charged, however when the camera was remounted outside the app showed it was not functioning. This happened when the outside temperatures were in the single digit Fahrenheit. I emailed for tech support. Not much help. Problem seemed to rectify itself when the temperature rose above freezing.

After upgrading my base station no longer comes on line and now my three cameras are off line as well. I bought an indoor camera and the app won’t let me add it. Not a pleasant upgrade experience

Each release fixes something but another problem pops up, plus the app functionality is very limited, other brands apps can truck person if you have multiple cameras, you can schedule recording per camera, this app allows to create some schedule but it is not straight forward and painful in most cases, like in example if you want to use geolocation, using that for some camera and keep other armed is impossible

I liked the older version of the feed. The pictures are smaller and more difficult to see. Wish I wouldn’t have updated.
  • Pricey cloud storage fee

$10 per month to store video from one camera feels excessive. Plus, I can’t figure out how to get push notifications on my Android phone, which is the primary reason I bought the camera.
  • Bad app

What’s up? It’s very poorly written, especially for how much you have to pay a monthly in order to use it.
