I have been trying to reach an actual person for months now to cancel subscription and all they have are bots or an email. Theres is no person on the other side. I cancelled my subscription months ago and have been billed over $200 even after cancelling. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They bill me $10 a week and there is no way to cancel. I the used service ONCE. Dont get scammed into signing up for the pro they will take all ur money and keep billing you after you request cancel.
