  • Loss of Chat

    We’ve been using the app now for over a year…love it overall, however, recently they removed the ability to comment and/or discuss answers, etc… Sometimes while being apart due to travel, etc…it was nice to have this ability to talk directly about our answers, but for now, one star is best they get. We’re looking for a new place to visit…once we find it we’ll be removing this app completely.

  • Annoying and Unable to Opt Out of Trial

    My wife and I started the 7 day trial and on the 7th day, she tried to cancel the app but was still charged for the full year. Now, her bank card was cancelled because she initially had to call them for assistance in recovering the annual fee charged to her on the last day of our ‘trial’. I would not recommend the app based upon difficulty opting out. Probably good for couples who don’t have a job and want to be pinged by the app non stop throughout the day to complete questionnaires and submit more and more info. Long story short, the app designed to ‘help’ couples has failed miserably in our experience.

    Download the app and truly loved it. The best part was both of us could text messages within the app. That feature was taken off. Now there is no way to follow up and expand answers.

  • They Ruined the App

    This app used to be great, but then they ruined it. My girlfriend and I used it to keep conversations going when we were long distance. It worked great and gave us a safe place to discuss deeper topics. With an update they took away the ability to chat within the app, telling us to just swap back to texting each other after answering questions in the app. This completely defeats the whole point of the app and destroyed the dedicated space for us to discuss some of the topics that might’ve been difficult or awkward to bring up otherwise. If they return the chat feature within the app then it would fix everything, but they have so far refused.

    The app has slowly been getting worse. The fact that the discussion tab has disappeared has nearly ruined this app for me. I am terrible with verbal communication and a lot of times, I felt like I could really get my thoughts and feelings across with written discussions. Neither of us half really used the app all that much since it had gone away. Hope a good replacement comes soon or the stars will just keep going down IMHO.

    I hate every app on the App Store that is free download but basically the ENTIRE APP is locked behind a paywall. Actually the stupidest thing ever. And don’t get me started on how every thing has to be a subscription now, what ever happened to buying something once and keeping it.

    My wife and I use this daily…311 days and counting. It helps us stay connected and also spurs some good conversation that encourages further dialogue. I’ve also had to contact the customer support team once with a concern and they helped me within 30 mins. Big shout out to Angela for the great support. Great team here…thank you!

  • Well worth it

    Love this app! Helps you learn a lot about you”re partner in ways you wouldn’t initially think. There’s a lot of value even in the free daily version. Rating it 4 stars because of the removal of the chat feature? The chat after to respond to the answers was the best part. Don’t understand why that would be taken away.
