For just $5 you have a handy tour guide in your pocket. The information was interesting and also engaging. Really a great idea to seamlessly tour the spots without having to stop and read along the way.

Bought and downloaded both the Big Sur and 17 mile drive tours neither worked for more than a few minutes, unable to resolve the issue and no support service available.
  • South to North route works well

Glad you added the version that goes from San Luis Obispo to Monterey and not just the other way. Found it helpful since we drove north from LA. Will you be creating a tour for the segment from LA to SLO? Or from Monterey to SF?
  • Great Idea!

During the Trip we were looking forward to the next audio points between the stops and this made our long drive trip fell short and even more exciting. The GPS tour was great and it was really helpful learning from this app. We stopped at Purple Beach and even the waterfall which we would have missed.

We had planned our drive through big air in advance but we’re still a little overwhelmed by all of the potential stops and hikes. I bought this tour to help us out down the trip and it was definitely $7 worth of helpful information. Big Sur has so much to do so this app helps let you know what your options are as you drive down. The other benefit is that it works and knows your location even when you don’t have service since there is poor service in Big Sur. We drove along (north to south) it pointed us towards the best tourist/hiking/view spots and also included entertaining history and stories of the area. Would have loved if they had tour guide all the way to LA.

Worked perfectly for us! . Great value for money. No reason not to have it on your phone as you drive Route 1. It can only enhance the experience!!!

Headed down this route after visiting the aquarium and we loved it! Absolutely gorgeous. The bridge was a great spot to use our drone camera for some photos. The app was a nice accompaniment to the drive - it worked well and pointed out a lot of landmarks that we would have missed otherwise.

Downloaded ahead. Barely worked. Would tell us about a landmark after we’d already passed it.
  • Superb Guide during Drive!

Worked extremely well. We had taken the 17 Mile Drive tour app when we were in May and then found this one which starts from Monterey. It covers a huge distance...all the way to SLO. Great content about the scenery, the bridges etc. We didn’t stop or detour anywhere unfortunately. The drive is beautiful even if you rush like we did!
