  • Horrible Customer Suport

    My stationary bike is shown to be fully compatible with Rouvy on the manufacturer’s website. Yet it has major issues with speed and RPM. After weeks of waiting Rouvy finally got back to me and told me that my bike isn’t fully compatible. Now they refused to give me a refund and only offered credit towards a future membership. This is absolutely no help if my bike isn’t compatible.

    Do not sigh up for the free trial! At the end of the trial they charged me for a yearly subscription . I intended to be charged for a monthly subscription. And you cannot reach them - by phone, by email or by chat! Horrible customer experience!

  • Enhancing system at a fast pace

    Since joining Rouvy less than a year ago, the Rouvy team has improved the system and made it more user-friendly and attractive in a very short time. Keep up the great work, Rouvians!

    The application is very good, the routes and the help you make an effort to improve are very good. You exercise and get to know the different routes in the world. I congratulate the developers. The App is fabulous

  • 3 years in and Rouvy keeps getting better

    The routes are great! The graphics are great! The challenges are great! The app is continually getting better, whether that it allows you to buy different bikes and gear with coins or the interface being updated to a more modern and slick version. There have been some hiccups along the way as the changes are implemented, a lot of which are feel are down to the speed of the Internet connection and equipment the user has. All in all I would give 4.5 stars if I could. Like I said it keeps improving. There are a LOT of whiners leaving reviews.

  • Wish I could get for MacBook

    It is very difficult for me to see any of the details of my workouts on my phone without having to use an additional pair of reading glasses on top of my prescription glasses. Furthermore, I really dont want to be staring into a tiny little box while I’m working out, and would love for this to be available on my MacBook. Overall using my phone zaps all the enjoyment out of it. I’ve been using ROUVY (over swift) for several years, but honestly ready to swap when my membership expires only because I’m done looking into the tiny box

    The route imagery is really great and appreciate the vivid details; however, I do not like the power control of ROUVY compared to Zwift. The shifts feel sluggish and transitions feel heavier not as distinct. ROUVY is a great app for someone who really values the realistic scenes while on the trainer but still lacks overall feel and ride quality features compared to Zwift.

  • Junk Fees, Poor Customer Service

    Their subscriptions don’t go through Apple, so you have to email them to cancel. I did a free trial and forgot to cancel, so they charged me for a year. I didn’t use the app and emailed them to cancel. It’s now been weeks and I’m still waiting for them to respond as to why it’s a $15 fee to cancel. Oh, and they still have my $150.
