  • Garbage app!!!!!

    The app is garbage! First, I was NEVER given the 7 day trial but they charge my card anyway. I had no way to get in touch to correct the action. Second, after the 3rd exercise some Russian bug took over the app prompting me to get rid of it. I can only assume that app makers are a bunch scammers screwing serious users over. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! It has too many bugs even though they claimed to have fixed it.

    Are you supposed to go thru the series only once? If you use your right leg for all kicks should you go they it again and use your left leg for kicks or just switch the next day??
