Every version of Pokemon Home works differently from each other. You can use trade on your PHONE but not on your console (where you actually play the games). You can organize boxes on your CONSOLE but not on your phone (where it would be easier) The console version also has a fun quirk where sometimes it won’t save your boxes after literally hours of work, completely wasting your time. You can use the console version to access other Pokemon games you play which is pretty cool, if only the interface to do this wasn’t so clunky and confusing. Besides trading, the phone version lets you look at your Pokemon I guess. Using it on Switch 2 is strangely laggy. Terrible devs resting on laurels.

I’ve been storing rare and hard-earned Pokémon from multiple games in Pokémon HOME for years, assuming I’d have access to them when needed. Now the app has locked 80% of them behind a paywall, forcing me to upgrade to Premium just to get back Pokémon I already caught and paid for in games I own. This isn’t a storage issue — it’s a ransom model disguised as a feature. There should at least be a one-time option to retrieve your collection. But no — they hold your data hostage unless you keep paying. Sad to see Pokémon, a franchise built on loyalty and collecting, go this route. I will never use this app again and strongly suggest others avoid trusting it with their collections. This is not a service. It’s a trap.

I love it but why not pokemon quest transfers or pokemon playhouse like srsly if it had the two things it wold be 5stars but until y'all add this two it's 2 stars

It’s a good app for keeping Pokémon that I’ve been catching and collecting across all the Pokemon games since I was a child! Also used for transferring mons across games. However I have one major complaint…. Why isn’t there an Auto sort feature for the boxes on console? I love this game, I get to collect various pokemon to add the my switch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wish it had mythical trading

In order to transfer Pokemon from other games you need a Nintendo switch which isn’t bad unless you don’t have money for one.

What do you do in the game. Nothing?

I just use it for transferring my Pokémon from game to game and wonder trade. It serves its purpose. Could use something else to keep players more interested in it.
