Free trial says it is good for 3 days, but locked my account on the first day. Tried to contact customer service but never got a response except for the automated messages saying the account is closed as soon as you cancel. Yet, when you cancel, the app says account is active until the free trial ends.

I purchased the app to scan old slides but now I am unable to send digital copies via email because of ad pop-ups to upgrade service. The ads DOWNGRADE service. If I cannot use the app as advertised, I will cancel service and recommend to friends to avoid Slide/Scan

Why don’t they disclose-before you download it and they steal all your info and track you-that it’s not free. So egregious. Nowhere does it state that there is a “3-day” trial. Grrrr

I love this app because it’s easy to scan the slides and send them to family through messenger

I tried this app, but wasn’t happy with the scanning. I can’t find an option to cancel my free trial. That is why the one star

Deciding to throw out all my slides- this was the app I used to decide which to save, which to delete. I am 75 and figured out how to do it without a problem. I mean the saved quality is nothing compared to putting them in an old fashioned slide projector, but many memorable pictures came up which I could readily share with others. I also could save them on my phone. Very pleased with myself and the app.
