    No workouts you can’t find online. Programs with upper and lower body days have no integrated core workouts. “Legs get it program” has no half or stability exercises. I tried to cancel my subscription and was charged after cancelling. When I reached out for more info their AI bot told me to contact Apple. Don’t bother with this one.

    This app is so great, user friendly and takes the burden out of planning and thinking into workouts. I only wish there were a widget for workout progress and the timer. That way I can move to the next workout on my Lock Screen or notification screen without having to fully go back into the app to see my progres. But that doesn’t take away from how good this app is, just a thought to make it 6 stars! Xoxoxo
  • The only flaw with this app is you cannot cast the workouts to a tv

    I keep returning to this workout app because the workouts are amazing; however, I keep leaving this workout app because I want to cast to my home gym tv. Surely this isn’t too difficult, especially for a paid app. Back to Centr, again.

    As someone who is now 7 weeks postpartum, I cannot begin to explain how much this app means to me. I’ve used this app before, but adore it even more now because of the accessibility for postpartum moms trying to navigate exercising a new different body. This app continues to impact my mental health in a positive way. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Whitney and her team🤍

    I love Whitney and I love this app so much. It truly changed my life keeping me consistent in the gym. The videos made everything so much easier. I wish there was a feature where you were able to plan your own routine with Whitney’s videos or add on extra movements to the already planned work outs. In a perfect world the app would integrate with Apple health and have a food tracker, but I know that’s a lot. All in one app would be amazing.

    I’ve used a few workout apps and this is BY FAR the best one. User interface is amazing. Ability to customize is amazing. So easy to follow. Great workouts and fun to do. Love tracking my weights. Been using for years and learned to lift from it and am still not bored of the workouts. The team behind the app is so helpful and responsive when questions or bugs come up (basically never though). 10/10 would recommend.

    I love this app it has given me so much progress. But I wish there was a program that focused more on upper body with one leg day a week. All the programs have one upper and one lower day but 2-3 leg days. Just would be nice :)

    The design is beautiful and the workouts are great, but having to manually tap after every set, with no built-in rest timer or auto-advance, kills the flow. Also there’s voice cues or equipment swaps. Please add a customizable rest timer and auto-progress between sets!

    To say I love this app is an understatement. I tried it out for a full year and saw results. I not only felt good but I saw muscle being built for the first time in a long time. I love the fact that it works with my Apple Watch to show how many reps and rest for x amount of time and how there are videos to show you how to correctly perform the exercise. I am also a returning customer. I had to delete my account when I lost my job and I downloaded free apps or trying to pull routines from Google but once I started working again, it was one of the first things I reactivated. I can’t say it loud enough but this app is amazing.
