I have never had a good diet, I have been really trying to eat better now that I’m 31. So I have been mindful of the items I buy, incorporating small changes so I don’t feel overwhelmed and quit. So now that I have been doing that I was ready to push harder with the eating habits, but I had a big concern…my son. He is in sports, and needs more fuel that I do. In my head I could not plan for the both of us and know how much I need to lose weight compared to how much he needs to keep him gaining weight/healthy weight. With this app it portions it’s for the both of us. So for example I need a 1/2 cup of peas while he needs 2 cups. This is great and you guys really addressed all concerns and excuses anyone could have as to why they can’t eat healthy. You gave me quick meals that I can make, cheap prices that I can afford ( my rent is $560 a month and I struggle so let that be the idea of how much I can afford). And items that I can find in a regular grocery store. (I don’t have a Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods conveniently located by me). Great job, it’s really appreciated the time and effort put into this app. You made it realistic, affordable and promising. Seriously this is great! 😊

I went through the entire questionnaire before finding out that they only provide the vegan diet suggestions plan with the premium subscription, otherwise they’ll just suggest a basic plan for the free version. Now that I know this kind of app exists that gives weekly meal plan ideas, I’ll search around for free to use apps similar to it since it is a very cool idea for an app!

I love this app! It’s made cooking so much easier. I work two jobs and my fiancé works 50 hours a week so coming up with lunch and dinner ideas can be difficult and even harder when you have to make sure you get everything you need at the grocery store. This app has made our lives so much easier and I was surprised to see it can even send all the ingredients you need to Instacart so it’s make grocery shopping easier as well. If you’re someone who struggles with coming up with meal ideas I promise this will help a ton.

Great app overall. I just wish we could add our snacks and sides. Although, we could add recipes, it shows them as main meal. This feature will take the app to 5 stars.
  • No Whole30 Option

I am on a journey to revamp my eating habits and was looking forward to using this app. The reviews were great so I gave it a try. Almost every breakfast & lunch recipe had dairy grains. I am not interested in eating grains. I am not interested in processed foods. And, this app doesn’t have an option that avoids all processed foods, sugar and grains. Whole30 is very popular and I can’t believe that this app completely ignores this way of eating.

This app truly takes the guess work out of what to eat/make for the week. Nutritious and beneficial to one’s health and more time added to your personal life.
  • Images don’t match recipe.

    2
    By NO- I don't know!
Pictures do not match the recipe. For example the burger is on a bun with fries but there is. I bun or fries. Salmon is served with rice in another picture- there is no rice in the recipe. Indian chicken burger calls recipe calls it a lettuce wrap but the image shows buns. Carrots are served with almost everything. A one week meal plan for two called for 3 pounds of carrots! The recipes are good but the images need to match!

This app is amazing. It has taken away the mental load of what to feed my family every day and there is tons of variety in the recipes. We’ve been using it for about 2 months and haven’t had a single repeat meal yet (other than leftovers). I also love the integration with grocery pick up. This way I don’t have to flip back and forth between a recipe and my grocery list to make sure I have everything I need. We’ve saved a ton of money on groceries too!
