    I bought for a year every time I try to watch in my Mac it says error, I bought for $60 gold pack for year,waste of money. I do suggest not to buy this subscription. It’s almost the end of my subscription. I barely watched 5 movies that to in my mobile. Waste of taking the gold subscription. The error says we are working on it. Though you guys are working on it 1 year didn’t even find the problem.

    1. Too slow to load the video. 2. Showing loading icon for long time. 3. During the climax of the movie showing movie suggestions and blocking the screen. Which is ridiculous feature. Blocking the content while still movie is going on.

    Despite making the payment for my subscription, the content is not streaming on your platform. I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including logging in and out several times, but the problem persists.
  • Good content with Pathetic App

    Good content but app issues are never ending, few movies are keep stuck at a specific point as if old days CDs and Custcare was keep asking me to unlink devices, clear cache and re-login etc for 5-6 times though I provided all the details with screenshots to customer care support and saying that wasn’t working. Every time new custcare representative will take up case and start from scratch without starting from last step. I provided multiple movie names which are keep stuck at same point, once it stuck we need to kill the app, and restart and either forward beyond that point where it got stuck previously else it will stuck at same point, even if we forward, it will stuck at new point and need to repeat the process. On top of that, sound keep reducing and if we volume up thinking that it is low volume , suddenly it will blow up Instead of fixing the issue , they keep saying same thing that clear cache and reinstall app. I’m able to watch 4K movies without issues in all other apps like Netflix or Prime or HBO max, so it can’t be WiFi issue

    At least one or twice a week it says user has exceeded the concurrent stream limit, Done with this platform. And worst customer service the person just had a chat with me and asked me to perform some troubleshooting steps and comeback if the issue still persists when I came back its again the same person asking my details and the issue again when explained told me same troubleshooting steps again to perform this is really worst than anything, Since I purchased the subscription I never used it happily every-time same streaming issue when I email them no reply. Not at all for any good.

    I have take gold plan and the concurrent devices is 2 right again it’s saying limit exceeded with one playing . And 2 nd reason in iOS I can adjust the quality it’s not showing why ?? Like low med high it’s not showing and subtitles I can’t off the subtitles even it is off again it’s coming . First please update the app for iOS
