    The reading is good but why does everything have to cost so much. You really should just give a flat rate for reading a book at a reasonable price.

    I purchased 3 times at 19.99 and one higher in price,each time for coins, to still not be able to complete a book. So I broke down for the subscription (monthly)for free reading& listen to all books at 39.99. And still won’t let me finish the book I am reading ,w/out buying more !! So I I paid for the free to read why do I have to buy more coins !! Basically I have spent too much money and could have bought at lest two books at the local book store. At this point I thinking of challenging the last charge for the subscription if this doesn’t get fixed. Because I am not getting what it claimed for a monthly pay . Also there is no customer service communication on this app for these kinds of issues .. the book btw was interesting ( so no issue with author just the darn app)

    So I found a book I really like and began reading it. It takes quite some time to read it without buying coins or a subscription. Coins are able to be earned for free but often times it doesn’t work- like the links to read blogs/news. They often do not reward points. I often have to retry several times to get ads to play to earn coins and sometimes even just give up. Frustrated but want to finish the book!

    I started reading a story and it started charging me only 17 coins and then the next chapter cost 93 coins and then after that 70 something this is just ridiculous. How can you move up by about 50 coins for one chapter which is not even long enough, this type of behavior is just coming absolutely waste of time.

    I have been getting emails from paypal stating that I owe $98. I have not used this app for over a year and even deleted it off my phone. I tried contacting the "support" team which is the email they provided on the app support site and the email isn't even real and not going through saying "email does not exist". I need someone to reach out to me asap and resolve this because I am not paying for something i have not used.

    While some of the stories are great, the overall quality can vary. Some details are changing throughout and it can be difficult to follow the plot. But my biggest issue is the subscription service. If you subscribe ($60 a month!) you are UNABLE to cancel through them. They have some weird non linked website to do through your payment people and the only contact is a questionable email that bounces emails back to you. You have to dispute it through your subscription service and hope they agree with you.

    The stories are really good but if you try to buy all the remaining chapters it tells you one amount then updates to a higher one after you get the needed coins.

    Downloaded cause I liked a book and ya’llreally want $30.00!!!! Just for a small amount of coins to unlock chapters the greed is insanity with these book apps. I don’t even pay that much for AUDIOBOOKS. I’ll stick to Wattpad and NovelFlow at least NovelFlow gives you ads as an option instead of wasting money if you don’t wish to. I’d suggest looking into the work before publish the amount of spelling errors. Grammatical errors is really insane support the authors I don’t support this app and would not recommend it. I know these authors would be 10x better off with another app honestly.

    This is a scam and they have been taking money from me even tho I have cancels there subscription over a month ago and I have tried everything to get off the payment but the supposed customer service link doesn’t even exist. I will be taking legal action is I don’t not get a response and my money back.
