The app is always glitching and it’s beyond frustrating to say the least. I have to constantly remove it and reinstall it on my devices because it stops working. Some shows’ video quality is horrible and cannot see them in HD. I have submitted request and complaints to Vix to no avail as Vix doesn’t seem to have customer service and doesn’t seem to care. I also cannot rewind the shows most of the time. Some telenovela episodes are not available as the app skips them. I have complained about the app on many platforms to no avail. This is abuse to the consumer.

Over the last couple of weeks, my ViX app has been very glitchy. I have updated the app, deleted it and re-downloaded it, but I am still experiencing the same issues. When I open the app on Apple TV, it will act as if it is frozen and won’t let me click out of the main menu area. My remote is fully charged and I am able to use it on every other app on my device. I have the Apple TV from 2024, and have update updated and restarted my Apple TV several times over the last couple of weeks when I run into this issue. I’m not sure if it’s the app itself, but this is the only app that is giving me trouble.

I need to use the website if I want to see more stuff. Every time that I try to used the app I need to closed everything because it froze and don’t do anything
