I clicked on the free trial thinking it was going to allow me to at least explore the app- and instead it charged me more than the monthly subscription which is 11- they dead charged me $20 something bucks - which in a greater picture isn’t much on today economy BUT point is I was searching for a new app to edit with and truly didn’t get to see much of the app,this one was by far the weirdest app I’ve tried in a while. #thiefs

I have paid for premium, but it still keeps refusing to honor that payment and states I need to upgrade even though I’ve already paid about to unsubscribe. This is ridiculous.

I use this app and signed up with the free trial and they immediately charged before subscription and now there’s no way I can bypass my Apple account to even get any other apps because they haven’t locked to an invoice because this company billed me and did not give me a free trial so what you still have to pay for the whole month if you’re using a free trial what’s the purpose of a free trial.

I love the diversity of things to do and use in this app.

You often change the race of the people in the video. You change me from black to white. I can’t use the videos. I want a refund of my credits for your mistakes

Don’t bother buying it. Doesn’t work well. Credit system (despite subscription) prevents any meaningful use of app.

Offered me 7 days free trial. Charged me $69.99 on day one when I selected the $12 a month option ! I am warning everyone this is a complete SCAM !!!!’ Run

Had to delete this app- used to like it but it became so annoying with the ‘Upgrade Now’ button I wanted to Chuck my iPad out the window. Moving on.

First of all, I accidentally purchased the full subscription while trying to cancel the last day of my free trial. I was still charged the full amount. I immediately reached out to customer service explained what happened and asked for a refund and they refused since I was stuck paying for it. I decided embrace it and actually give the app a chance. I am a content creator so I figured I could at least use it for editing, unfortunately feature features are disappointing, like blemish removal seriously even basic video capabilities are absolutely useless for an app that charges this much. I expected significantly better features and much better customer service instead I’m stuck with a subscription. I didn’t even want customer service that was completely unhelpful and an editing app that doesn’t work.
