I put the code in Roblox to turn off 2 step verification and it didn’t work

I got locked out of my account because I was forced to sign up for their subscription and then my Face ID got turned off on my phone so I dont know the password and can’t log in.

I have been without outlook emails for 9 days with no assistance from Microsoft. This is simply due to getting a new phone and no ability to get the authenticator app to work on the new phone. Dispite having a case number for 9 days, Microsoft has done nothing.
Frequently difficult to access while on other app.
