My kids were asleep and I couldn’t find the remote and I needed to turn the tv down so I was going to download the remote control app ( I had never done this before) so I seen this one and it just said “GET” so I clicked it never said anything about a price of the app or anything. Once I clicked to GET the app it popped up for my updated payment method but it said that I wouldn’t be charged. Well as soon as I updated it, it charged me $16.94 and then let me open the app and set it up!!! I would like a REFUND! That’s too much for an app! I can go buy a brand new remote for cheaper than almost $20!!!!!! We should be told what it costs to download before we get it not after!!!!!

Doesn’t connect to or remember my device

i clicked on the free trial selection and it charged me the $39.99 for the subscription. didn't even give me a free trial. and this didn't even work for my tv!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS APP.

It decided to not work all of a sudden. When I went to install it on my other devices it makes me pay for it even though it was free when I first got it

Unfortunately I paid the annual fee for this app and the buttons don’t work 1/2 the time.

The app isn’t even working except when I press YouTube or Netflix.

Sometimes it doesn’t work even if it’s connected I paid to unlock it and all of the sudden. It stopped working and then I tried to contact support and I haven’t gotten any answer back from them.

I downloaded this app to see if it worked with my tv I tried the 3 day trial and cancelled it the same day I bought then next thing u know I woke up with a 43 dollar charge fee. So I download it on my iPad to see if I was tripping nah this ppl be scamming ppl not only that but who’s gonna give me my overdraft free y’all better give me my money y’all made an unauthorized charge on my card
