THE BASICS: 1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients. 2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet. 3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day. Most recipes are therefore quick, easy & ideal for take-away. 4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard! 5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared.     This is for support I paid for the app thinking there would be under my workouts, different workouts every week. But it’s the same . Is there an options for them to change? I can’t imagine doing the same thing every week if they say it should be ??

    I absolutely love everything about this app!! I found Pam on YouTube and had to get her app! The only thing I suggest is having a print option for the recipes, but other than that, the app is perfect!

    I think it would be very helpful if there is a function where it records all the workouts we accomplished each day. It would be very helpful for tracking our progress.

    The app looks amazing and makes me happy just opening it! The recent major update also fixes the main issue I had, which was to watch the videos on the YouTube app so that I could easily cast to my TV. I love it more than ever. Now my only complaint is… I keep seeing the new products available from her Naturally Pam store but I can’t buy them in the US and it makes me so sad! 😭😂

    It’s so organized and you can notice that she has put a lot of effort into this. It’s like my new favorite app and Pam makes it easier for you to choose your plans.

    I am loving this app. Have only had it for a few days and am officially on my diet plan. I feel great. I have been using Pam’s workouts on YouTube for about month and when I found out she had an app, I downloaded it immediately. It’s super easy to follow and navigate. I love this app seriously. If you are trying to eat healthier and lose weight. Need. I don’t think I’ll ever not use.
