Since the latest update my data will not update in the app. I tried to contact app support but the link just brings you to your product page which is pointless. Please fix your app!

This doesn’t work with my watch and the “test” for blood oxygen only was tapping your phone screen every time you exhaled.
  • Doesn’t work with new Apple Watch

There are no readings on my new Apple Watch and I asked for a refund of my $25 immediately but no response from this developer. Useless app.

Doesn't work with my Apple Watch 10, if it supposed to work, it doesn't. Extremely hard to navigate and there's no just pushing a button on the watch to measure your oxygen levels. I miss the one that used to be on Apple products, and this one is a poor replacement for that.

I downloaded this app as I have been getting lower and lower numbers for my oxygen levels. The app does not give you your levels, you have to enter your numbers…but how do you do that when nothing is tracking?! I tried to cancel the subscription asap and no refund, no contact number for support. This is a HUGE safety issue and I firmly believe this company has put out a fake app just to receive the money. What a shame and disgrace.

Ok I never write reviews ever but I had to for this money grab. I paid for a year premium, only to find that the app does NOT work as advertised and does not work on my watch either. It just basically gives you a survey to fill out and it tests your pulse using the camera flash? And based on your survey and the pulse it tells you if your oxygen levels may be normal or not. This is nothing like advertised. I could’ve googled the results in this case. And the app is not compatible with Apple Watch, it’s just an interface where you can plug in answers for the survey as well! Please, what is this! Please refund my $25!! I literally make less than 15 dollars an hour!! I got this app out of desperation because I have asthma and got a low heart rate notification so I wanted to check my blood oxygen levels and this was NOT it!!!!

Downloaded this thinking I’d be able to check my blood oxygen for free, turns out you have to pay a ridiculous amount for that feature. How stupid.
  • Doesn’t work and convoluted

Requires changing your watch face to access functions that do nothing. Ridiculous design and major functionality issues.

When you face uncertainty in the operation of your body, it’s reassuring to have the data to inform a course of action. Thanks for the data.
