As mentioned in other reviews, I can get on my phone, but not on my Mac. Librarian told me about it the other day. I had to download on my phone and then enter my library card and the last four digits of my phone number for the PIN. I know the library probably has my e-mail address, but I know I never created on to use with this app. I tried "forgot password" but that would not work either. Another frame would open up and a small square showed up in it, then it would close out. Could not get it to work at all.

Tried a multitude of times. Says something about bar code and I am not using barcode. I really like the book website and would like to use CL Newsstand. Tried four times. Frustrating. I gave up. drb

I have this App on my iPhone and iPad. I'd love it on my desktop but I cannot find my library listed.

Can’t log in I get an error with my library card - my number works on the other platforms but not here for news stand

It just keeps asking me to create an account but then gives no feedback after I enter my information, yet I still can't log in, so I guess the account failed, but it doesn't tell me anything.

Registered as a new user. Only a small number of libraries are participating. My library unfortunately not part of this program, so I’m unable to use the app.

I have tried several times to take advantage of this app but have ever successfully got registered in the system after the app is on my iPhone. It keeps telling me to click the login button for new users to create an account, but the the login button is not completely visible on my screen. I have tried other ways but it never works. Regrettable.

Text for the “EZ Reader” view is too small and can’t change it to be bigger. Magazines can be hard to read so the ez read view is very important. The ez read blue button is always on screen. When I turn my phone to horizontal view the button can block the text of the magazine. Please make improvements on it.

I downloaded the app and tried to set up an account by going to the’New User’ button but can’t. The page only show email address and password. I can’t set up a password because I can’t access the New User button.
