Need proper support for dark mode on iOS. Android version already has it. Would appreciate the options to customize UI and hide upgrade options as a paid user (crown icon). Good complement to MobiOffice and MobiPDF overall

I really like the look and feel of this app, and it stands out from others with its interface. I like how the video viewer has realtime preview, and the overall look feels more like a file manager, which I like. The price is the only thing that stops me from using it, since it does not compare well to other competitors. Others range anywhere from 10-15 dollars per month for 2TB of storage, whereas this app charges 20 per week for the same amount of storage. That is way too high, and does not compete well. So I like the look and feel, but the price does not do it for me.

Have used a number of cloud services just exactly for that, moving files and photos. This is the best so far. Easy to use. Easy upload. Easy download. 20gb. You can’t ask for more.

Tech support takes for ever to answer if they answer at all.

I can’t get live support!! I had to wait until support person to email me back. Getting help setting up and answers to questions taking at least 2 weeks. I like the product.
