    App never stops loading and ALWAYS logs you out. And all of the “modules” are just webpages so you have to login for that as well.

    The latest update has severely disrupted the functionality of the trade page. I am unable to copy and paste hubs because the keyboard obstructs the text box, preventing me from scrolling up to view the content. Furthermore, the app logs me out every other time I attempt to open it, which is incredibly frustrating. It also struggles to manage the volume of cast members accessing the schedule, resulting in significant performance issues. Additionally, it constantly states that I have the wrong password, despite having it saved as a shortcut on my phone, which forces me to rely on IT for resets. For a multi-billion dollar company, it is unacceptable to have such a poorly designed app for its employees. This situation needs immediate attention and resolution.

    They heard us and fixed the issues, thanks! Now to make it a five star, allow us to export our weekly schedules to our calendar. That way my family doesn’t have to ask me every hour when I am working!!! Constantly locks up, logs you out while in it or won’t let you in very very slow… use web page

    Previously I said this app was awful. You would spend all your time trying to sign in. Since the latest 3.0 update they have mostly fixed it. The app finally integrates with Apple passwords so you can instantly enter your info and in many instances everything loads immediately. A big win, thank you!

    I swear they try to make the app worse with every update. Now, it doesn’t even work. It stays forever on the loading screen. And no it’s not an hyperbole. I have to open Cast Life on chrome or safari to even glance at my schedule, because the app never loads. On top of that, they’re system it’s broken I had to wait almost 24 hours for a shift trade to process before doing another one. On previous versions of the app, shifts trade would process within minutes.

    Why make an app that every link you need opens a web page. Let alone every single page needs you to log in 2-3 times and never remember’s your selection.

    The Cast Life app is somehow both over-engineered and completely useless. Like if a spreadsheet and a scavenger hunt had a disappointing child. It logs you out constantly, like it’s personally offended by your existence. And good luck getting back in without performing a full security clearance ritual with Okta Verify, because nothing says “employee support” like jumping through three layers of corporate security just to see if you’re scheduled for a 6 a.m. custodial shift. Trying to sign up for events? They give you the date, but not the time registration opens, so you get to spend the entire day obsessively refreshing like a contestant on some weird, glitchy game show. By the time it lets you in, everything’s full. It’s not “first come, first served,” it’s “good luck, sucker.” Every function feels siloed off like a bad group project nothing is centralized, and nearly every feature needs a separate login or redirect. Why build one solid platform when you can duct-tape six together and pretend it’s innovation? And isn’t it really just an internal browser that outsources every individual feature? This app is not just bad, it’s the kind of bad that feels intentional. Like someone designed it specifically to make your job harder. Still it’s trash, but in the shape of a cute Disney character.

    Why does everything now take me to safari and make me sign in again in order to do anything? Nothing is actually in the app. Why even have an app if it’s going to take you to safari??

    SO MANY BUGS WITH THIS APP, IT IS CURRENTLY NOT ALLOWING US TO VIEW ANY TOOLS, IT IS SLOW, HAVE TO LOG IN MULTIPLE TIMES
