Bridge: Debit Card Rewards

Despite my sending video-recorded proof that I accessed their offered game through their app, they made a bogus claim that I did not do so and refused to award me the advertised “coins”. I would absolutely not recommend this application to anyone.

As others are saying, this app is just a bunch of false advertising and lies. Push notifications never worked. Linking accounts to get more coins for purchases worked for a while then stopped. When you point it out to support, they basically blame the user. Give them any pushback and their only response is instructions on how to close your account. Thanks, I did that. This app is doomed to fail because their customer “service” is a JOKE! Just ask Drop app what happened when their customer service went in the toilet and they stopped paying rewards…they’re now out of business! Do better, Bridge!

Yes, they will pay you. But not often and you almost have to force them to do so. I used the service for 68 consecutive days always making sure to spin the wheel. Most I ever got from that was 8 cents. I was referred from the Stash App and thought it would be a good combo. But they do not live up to what they advertise. For one, everytime I tried to cash out, it was always disabled. I had to contact support and complain before they would then flip whatever switch was needed to enable the transfer. Also, you are only allowed to transfer out $20 at a time and wait in between. I also, as a long time IT vet, have serious concerns regarding how they use and store my personal information. Especially since its financial data! When I raised any concerns, they just blew me off with standard verbarium and never took anything I said seriously. Nothing ever changed. After not chasing out for several weeks I tried again to cash out $2.30 and again it was disabled. This was the last straw. There are many other companies out there with similar services that do a much better job. I would seek them out first or make sure you do your research prior to using this service! It just isn't worth the headache or the chance at having your personal financial data sold and spread all over the internet.

I cashed out on my card but never received the money. This app will take up all your time just to not get any money :(

Benjamin App pays the same amount per ad watched, but let you watch an unlimited amount, and many of them only 5 seconds.

When I first downloaded this I didn't think it was real, the wheel would always spin on 1 coin and when I completed a certain level in a game it didn't register, a little a month I received my first 5 dolllars, so I continued by when I was inviting my friends it keeps saying that they aren't real people or they don't exist when I can literally see them signing up, I think this game is a shame and is not playing the game right, I don't understand why it keeps saying that, like I could have had 9 dollars but this game wanna scam people and waste there time, it needs to change immediately

Used this app to get extra points for purchases I made. For some reason that stopped a couple weeks ago. Now I just log in and spin the wheel and get 1 point every day. It’s pointless and I’m about to delete my account.

I am not able to cash out in cash. Only gift cards at certain times. They want you to pay $52 dollars for a year so you can withdraw money. Now the app won’t upload anything from the plaid app that gives you credit from your debit card that you earn. Hasn’t for 2 weeks now. I use my card almost everyday

I have used this app for a while but not getting credit for my purchases. Keeps telling me plaid is not working. Plaid has no issues with other apps.

This app was cool at first but not it doesn’t work anymore. For the last week or so I haven’t earned any coins for all the purchases I’ve made. And the app STILL isn’t fixed
