They push me to my limit. They make me work hard and I just can’t wait to see what my body is afterward I know it’s already gonna look amazing. They pushed me to my limits to work hard believe in myself be proud of myself and not be as ashamed of. My body they make me feel successful in life because I’m actually working hard and not just sitting on my bed so I just cannot wait So I cannot wait to see my after results.

So I downloaded it because it seemed so right to me. The first 3 exercises went great! And as a teen, it makes me feel happy that it tracks my calories burned and everything else for me. Yet, when I got to the 4th one it wouldn’t let me start exercising? Like it keeps taking me to the VIP page and that’s just what got me honestly. I thought it was supposed to be free and help out?

I love this app. You can do a workout on areas you want to tone or you can choose a total body workout. I love that you get choices. My favorite app.

just fit is the 𝓫𝓮𝓢𝓽

The videos that accompany the verbal descriptions don’t match. For instance, abductor squats says to alternate raising one foot at a time but the video shows horizontal pulses. I’m also not get much variation in my workout routine. The workout is poorly put together

Although I’m limited to what I can do because I had a stroke and my left side is limited. I still find workouts to be excellent adding in my rehab rehabilitation grade app. I recommend.

Amazing got a little more tiny in the first day

Looks like very doable exercises for anyoneb regardless of what level of fitness they are starting from!

I bought this for 39.99 for a year. Used it for 15 minutes and realized this isn’t what I wanted. Asked for a refund first from Apple which it was denied. Now I asked for support from the company and still haven’t received a response but them trying to keep me by give me added free months.
