Align: The Human Design App

I love the app redesign. Works for my visual brain. Much more organized in my opinion. I am enjoying more about human design.

The app gives me an error every time I try to open it. I’ve downloaded, checked for updates, restarted my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled. Wish this worked!

Purchased this app and found my personal information showed up on the Dark Web 6 months later.

I’ve had this app for a few years and have found it super helpful to learn more about human design. I canceled my subscription after the rebrand though. The text is so hard to read! The typeface is very light and doesn’t have much contrast from the backgrounds making it a challenge to read. I get that it’s gong for an airy/ethereal vibe but the users ability to read the information should have also been considered in the redesign process.

On April 18, 2025, I received an email alert from Experian stating that my email address had been compromised in a data breach associated with myhumandesign.com and that my password had been exposed. The breach was found on the dark web on April 17, 2025. Naturally, I went to myhumandesign.com — because yes, I recognize the website, I’ve used it before, and I even had the Human Design app by Jenna Zoe on my phone. I’ve also received emails from her in the past confirming my account and allowing me to reset my password. But lo and behold, when I tried to reset my password this time, the website told me “invalid username or email” — as if my account never existed. That’s deeply concerning, because not only do I have proof of past communication with the site, I also had a paid subscription to the app. So suddenly not being able to access my account — the very account that was part of a data breach — is a huge red flag. I searched my inbox again, trying to find answers, and discovered something else: The app has been renamed. What was once “Human Design with Jenna Zoe” is now simply called Align — with no public announcement, no explanation, and certainly no disclosure about the breach. The only way I even figured out the name had changed was because I searched “Human Design” on my phone and the Align app popped up with the same logo. So I just want to forewarn other users: My personal information was part of a confirmed data breach on Jenna Zoe’s original website, and there has been no communication, no transparency, and no accountability. If you’re thinking of using the app, be extremely cautious. Use a fake email, don’t provide sensitive info, or better yet — don’t enter anything personal at all. Whether the data was hacked or sold, I don’t know. But the fact that the site was breached, I can’t access my account, there’s been a total rebrand, and no one has said a word? That’s not just shady. That’s morally wrong. I truly liked the app — I genuinely did. But what’s happening behind the scenes is unethical, and people deserve to be warned. And if you’re a user, make sure you turn on credit and identity alerts from your bureau. I personally received three alerts from different agencies confirming that my info had been exposed, and I only knew because I had monitoring in place. This is serious. And people deserve better. I paid for a paid Subscription on March 6th, 2025- so the change of name “rebrand” of the App happened within the last month. I would love a response from owner- & please don’t gaslight, I have the emails from my Credit Bureaus- and emails from your site.

This app has been so great for daily habits of learning and realigning with myself! It’s an easy and aesthetic platform that makes learning about my design and the designs of the people around me easy, enjoyable and shareable. Unfortunately the newest update has some bugs, like some of the buttons don’t work ( I can’t edit the details of people’s charts, like their name and birth information) but I am sure they are working on fix for all of the technical errors.

I like this app for basic aspects but I wish wish WISH this had the gates and how they operate within the chart so it falls way short for me and it’s not something I can justify keeping at this point. The tips are interesting but don’t really apply to me. Thank you!

if i could rate the app ZERO stars, i would! you have access to NOTHING in the app without a subscription! this is becoming a commonality among “free” apps on the app store. i would be more inclined to even give the app a TRY if it was just listed as an app that needs paid for in order to be downloaded. i am sick and tired of people goading consumers into downloading [redacted] free apps so you can meet whatever quota there is. this is valuable information that is being teased to consumers. deleting today! i am sick and TIRED of all the information and learning of today being behind a stupid lock and key for people to fork their money over to. EGGS ARE FIVE DOLLARS! THE COST OF LIVING IS HIGHER THAN IT HAS EVER BEEN BEFORE! DO STUFF FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME AND NOT FOR THE MONEY YOU’LL GET BACK IN YOUR POCKET!
