    You changed the game and took all of my stuff! It’s cost me a lot to get my animals back. Now I find you have taken my stash that I collected from the ships. Ancient mechanisms, mechanism parts, all of it. Have I mentioned how much I dislike match three games. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Just when I was getting a good stock of things. Then I had to play mini games to get my own buildings back.

    Been playing for month or two…After last update, game refuses to connect…cannot supply support with necessary info, as I cannot get into game, no info on startup screen…help! A week later, Suddenly stopped happening, then resumed losing connectivity…getting very frustrated…losing star ratings…zendesk seems unaware that if I cannot get into game, I cannot send id and other info they want…

    Played this game for quite a while. New section opened and it’s telling me to decorate a bench and a light post Mediterranean style. Can we get a clue how to do that. I don’t have Facebook and from what I can tell (as far as I can get into it) no one is answering that same question that someone else posted. Help!

    I love this game very much. My only problem is that your energy level only stores up to 51. Many of the items you need to clear are not in the single digits. Your energy goes super fast. There are places that you can get more energy from, but they don’t last long. Honestly, with the way the game is, you could easily have energy store up to 500 and you would go through it in 5 mins trying to clear an area. Not a user friendly game. But a very good game for the owner to get your money constantly. If they fix the energy to be more user friendly I would totally give it a 5 star. But because it’s so expensive to keep playing, I gave it 2 stars

    This game has wonderful graphics great storyline that’s a little side games to play. That’s quite amazing until you level up too much at which point your lightning strikes which you need in order to proceed in the game go into a piggyback. In order to use them, you have to pay them money. So I love the game until I reach the point where was forced into paying you or I could not continue.

    Finally received an updated email about my previous concerns (reward chests not playing and now connection issues after denying them unfettered access to ALL my devices). They claim there is nothing wrong with the chests and gave me the proper instructions on how to fix which isn’t the right way as they were still not working when the game was playable. As far as the denying them access and now the game is unplayable their response (verbatim) “we have no control over third party companies” !? Basically they’re just passing the buck and will not take accountability for their game bugs. Too bad I can’t give 0 stars as they do not even deserve a 1 star rating. NEVER give a game/app unrestricted access to all your devices on your home network, I have several apps that have asked this and I’ve always declined and never had an issue continuing use of any games/apps except “Island Hoppers”.

    After spending money and playing everyday, the game decided to not load. Troubleshooting didn’t work. I learned an important lesson - do not spend money on games!
