Not bing able to stream the original show on the app is crazy, lots of content denied to paid subscribers.

Hmmm feels like someone doesn’t want to take accountability for their poorly optimized app. Just make the app function better and not crash every 10minutes and I’ll give you a better rating I promise. I cannot watch movies in 5-9 parts because of all the crashes.

I love your selection of horror movies I like to get scared and enjoy my evenings watching AMC.

Each ad so far is over a minute you have at least six if not more per TV episode!

One of the best collections of movies and shows, especially with Shudder included if you’re a horror fan, but the app is almost unusable. The streaming controls are awful and rarely work (subtitles pretty much never do) it restarts media you when you reopen the app. No PlayStation app or smart tv apps means you always have to stream via your phone or just go to the website and connect your laptop to the tv.

Tried to avoid Amazon prime by going direct through AMC, but every time i put on a show it would freeze and crash. Couldn’t use what i was paying for…

I have this app on my tv. It freezes, at a minimum, every 5 minutes, but sometimes it’s every 15-30 seconds until I have to restart my whole tv. It freezes during the show and during ad breaks. No other applications on my tv are having trouble, including other streaming services, so I know the issue isn’t my wifi or my television. I am disappointed to have paid money for a service I can’t use.

Subscribed to AMC for one series in particular and have had to tolerate much irritation with this app. 1. Annoying horror commercials and watch suggestions - hard to imagine that AMC has any other content besides Assassin or the campy looking horror stuff. 2. The functionality of the commercials locks up the app alllll the time, on several devices. I currently can’t even watch my show because the app locks up after watching the opening ad, I’ve tried many things and have watched it over and over again, still locks up. Normally if I close the app and reopen it’s fine, but not this time. 3. If switching between devices (with the same login) it will NOT remember your place in a series or an episode unless you refresh when you close/stop watching AND when you open on a new device. Good luck finding where you are in your episode because fast forwarding sucks (see ad freezing issues on #2 above). Other streaming apps do not have these issues, fix yourself AMC!
