Description

Collect Pokémon Through Sleeping! In the world of Pokémon Sleep, Pokémon with the same sleep type as you will gather around as you catch some Zs, so discover all the various different sleep styles that Pokémon can have as you aim to complete your Sleep Style Dex! What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep ■ When Night Falls... It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch. ■ A New Day Dawns By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex! ■ And the Rest of the Day... Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles! Rest Your Very Best! ■ Check Your Sleep Report What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep. ■ Get Support to try to Sleep Your Best You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best. ■ Smartwatch Pairing By linking with Apple Health, you can use sleep data tracked through certain smartwatches to play Pokémon Sleep. Every time you play this game you have to wait for the numbers to animate in, and press okay. And the characters say the same thing every day and we still have to wait for the okay button to proceed. Got annoyed and no longer playing this game. Its also difficult to know how good a pokemon is at collecting ingredients and helping the team.
  • Pretty much perfect

only thing that could make this better is a dragon spiral tower remix (or even just the song) as an option for the relaxing sounds thing
  • Very time consuming

I played it since launch and at first i liked it but after a while it became somewhat of a nuisance. I don’t mind tracking sleep and all but it isn’t very accurate most of the time because i have pets which make it think i am not sleeping. The game wants you to open it at least 3 times a day. The start of the day takes like 10-20 minutes to get through. It could be something to do while eating breakfast but it is just so time consuming in the morning. Alot of little animations here and there slow it way down. The game itself looks great and the mechanics are well thought out, but it will literally take you MONTHS to meet any goals you may have. Be it evolve a pokemon, leveling up, or finding new sleep styles. The end game just is not very rewarding. It takes forever for them to trickle out new content and i am at a point where i dont get anything out of it anymore

  • Not for light sleepers

I move around a lot and I haven't had a single night where the button doesn't get pushed at some point and won't track properly. Tried putting it by the bed. Won't track, it has to be IN the bed with you. Also felt ripped off as this wasn't advertised as a sleep button. It was advertised as Pokémon go+ accessories, which it does not connect to. Would give zero starts.
  • UNBEARABLE TUTORIALS

My god, I feel like half the time i use this im tapping through pages of dialogue. It took like 20 mins to actually use the app for what it was intended for. It is a SLEEP APP. I just want to open it, start it, and close it. Same with in the morning when I want to review my sleep, I am sitting there tapping through unskippable animations that take 400 years to finish and stupid tutorials that a monkey could figure out. Also why is it so loud and bright????

I understand the desire to prevent cheating, but the requirements for the app to decide you’re actually asleep are ridiculous. I move apparently too much for this app, and so it will tell me I’m getting maybe 3 hours of sleep a night, when that’s simply not true. Why can’t the app just trust when the user says they’re sleeping? If the app has been open the whole time, face down, and movement has been detected, then I AM SLEEPING! This app was not made with casual players in mind, and fails at its core job: tracking my sleep.
