It’s been about a week since I made a report to CollX customer service that a shipment I paid for hasn’t shipped (the original purchase was a month ago). I haven’t heard one thing from CollX. Customer service is nonexistent. I sold some cards on CollX and used their auto generated shipping label and twice now I have gotten my cards back as return to sender due to incorrect postage. Now I have to pay out of my own pocket to ship these cards. Bottom line — there are better platforms to sell on as well as scanning your cards to determine value.

Great app to scan and see values but, the whole adding to a collection when I’m trying to buy is very frustrating. I kept adding cards but then they were all separate orders, but I couldn’t order any of them since sellers have $1 minimums. Overall there’s honestly not that great of cards it’s mostly all low end garbage. eBay is 1000% better and I’ll keep paying more there for better service and overall more buyer friendly. 0/10

These people banned my account for whatever reason, with no explanation. I still had money on there, better deposit my left over balances or you’ll be hearing from my lawyers soon. Really useless app by the way, you scan your cards and it gives out wrong information, then you’re attacked by having wrong card information listed

Good app but to pricy

It is accurate only about 1 of every 6-7 cards scanned. Seemed like a waste of time and money to me. Has to be a better card identifier available.

I have been a paying Pro member on this platform for multiple years, and while most of my purchases have gone smoothly, my experiences with customer service have been consistently frustrating whenever an issue arises. When making purchases on a platform of this size, encountering fraudulent sellers or counterfeit cards is an unfortunate reality. What matters is how the platform handles these situations and protects its customers. Unfortunately, resolving these issues has been an unnecessarily exhausting process. Despite supposedly having access to “priority” customer service as a Pro member, I have routinely faced delays spanning multiple days, with responses often limited to a single message per day at best. Resolving even straightforward issues becomes a drawn-out ordeal. My experience dealing with one particular customer service representative, Tim, has been especially frustrating. Most recently, after a dispute involving counterfeit cards I received, the platform blocked my payment methods entirely. Despite being a paying member for multiple years and maintaining a strong positive rating, I was left unable to use the platform without what appeared to be any meaningful outreach, explanation, or attempt to investigate the underlying issue. It is incredibly disappointing to be treated this way after years of paid membership and positive transaction history. Rather than feeling that my loyalty is valued or that I have access to better support as a Pro member, I feel penalized for raising a legitimate concern about the authenticity of items I purchased. A premium membership should come with meaningful customer support, particularly when disputes involving potentially counterfeit products arise. Instead, my experience has been characterized by slow communication, frustrating interactions, and a lack of transparency. Based on these experiences, I find it difficult to justify continuing to pay for a membership that has failed to provide the level of service it advertises.

Tried a few different apps and settled on CollX. Great for tracking card collections, but my favorite thing is that with the Pro subscription you get monthly credits to buy cards- feels like my subscription pays for itself.

This app is really good for card scanning and finding value, definitely recommended
