This app is withholding over 100 worth of temporary hold charges from charges over a month ago?? On the app it says the funds will be returned within 2-5 days. Not 20+. Having no help from either customer service or the other app that submitted the temp holds. Literally stealing money

App hasn’t been working for over two weeks now. Been saying “we’re sorry, we’re unable to calculate an offer for you” when I know I have money in there.

I applied from my employer to receive early access to my money and instead someone else has been reconvong my money throw deposits and leaving me with nothing is wild. I reached out because it still says pending verification on my phone and yet never got the money. Had to describe and file a police report . Never will use again and lack of communication is wild

I am extremely concerned with this app. First of all, it doesn’t work on my phone and just freezes or just leaves me on the log in screen no matter how many times I reset my phone, delete the app and download it again, or tap. So, I downloaded the app on my iPad, which the app is definitely not designed for. Yes, it is very inconvenient but that is not the worst part. I applied for the Fuego Visa card multiple times. I made sure I was using the correct date of birth, numbers, etc. I was denied every single time. Say I give Fuego the benefit of the doubt, and I unlikely got something wrong. There is still no way of an employee or the user to find out why they were denied. I kept trying. I contacted support and spoke with this kind woman who was doing the very best she could. She told me that I would have to wait 15 days to reapply for the Visa card and she couldn’t tell me why I was denied. This wouldn’t really be an issue unless it was so annoying to use other payment methods. They offer other payment methods for a cost, which I mean makes sense, they are a business. But I am very frustrated that there is no way for me to get my tips without having to lose money. I finally caved once and deposited the tips from my Fuego into my checking account, which costed money. BUT for some reason, that option keeps denying and won’t let me use it!? (Yes there are sufficient funds in it, etc). But…. I am still currently missing my first 2 weeks of tips! It disappeared from my Fuego after a new pay cycle and was not in that paycheck or the paycheck after. The lady I spoke with said it was there and would be in my next paycheck but sounded quite unsure. I dislike the nature that there is no website I can use to check my tips in this app especially since it is quite glitchy!

App won’t open. I go to open app and it immediately crashes every time. App totally unusable

WORST APP, WORST CARD; PERIOD!!!!

Honestly the worst thing my job ever did was switch to this for tip pay out. They don't give you a break down of how much of your money is being tipped out or to who that amount is going to. It only shows whatever you make after tip share. And then they charge you to transfer it into your bank account! We are being robbed of our hard earned money.

Worst way to pay your employees! I never get my full amount of money and they are rude on the phone!! Always having trouble with Fuego! Missing tips!!!!!!!!!!

I get all my tips now in fuego and transfer them over to my main bank account to pay my rent, car, phone, credit card etc. Much easier to manage than getting cash nightly and having to organize and track it and go to the bank to deposit it to pay off big things that I can’t use cash with. Easy to track amount of tips in the app so I can track my finances better.
