    It wont let me calibrate it, Ive tried all surfaces, restarted, rebooted, even redownloaded the app, took off the device entirely, turned off and on the wifi and nothing.

  • Fully functional, but ads ruin it

    We have the Dockstream water fountain and the Granary food dispenser. This app pairs nicely with them and mostly works great. There are some minor issues with water tracking accuracy, and I reported that bug. My biggest gripe is the ads. The food dispenser has no manual advance on the device and must be activated via this app. The other night, I went into the app to advance the pets’ food and a nearly full-screen promotion for Petlibro’s Amazon store came up. I already have two of their devices, which I’m happy with, so this was quite annoying. There are also constant offers for their subscription service which I’m also not interested in because it is expensive. After spending quite a bit of money for the devices, we’ve already transacted and the ads should stop. I wish the business well and hope that it continues to develop this app, because without it, the feeder will become useless. Please cool it on the ads though.

    Users shouldn’t have to deal with ads when they paid so much for the product. Completely unacceptable and scummy.

  • Paid subscription but it still doesn't save videos

    Paid for the subscription so I would get videos of my pet eating and after a week or two I still got zero videos. Cancelled subscription because it's a rip off.

  • Worked for less than a month

    I have feeder with the camera and the camera just stopped working. The device was reset and it still doesn’t work. It’s going back!

  • BE AWARE DO NOT BUY! Terrible App, Terrible Customer Service

    This company is a rip-off. The product is absolute garbage. I paid for the water fountain, which came with a free trial when I signed up. I decided I didn’t need an app to tell me every time my dog takes a drink of water, but I forgot to cancel. The fountain stopped working at the same time, it worked for less than a week after purchasing! Around the same time, my trial ended and they charged me $70. I contacted them for a refund through Apple, but my request was denied even though it was only two days late! So now I’m stuck paying for a very expensive useless app. On top of that it won’t even save my data. It’s weird because when I sign in it wants me to make a profile with my dogs name, etc every single time. I’ve never seen a glitch like this but it deems this app and fountain a complete rip off because neither work! Plus IMO that is an outrageous price to be notified when my dog drinks, especially since that info is useless. I regret buying their junk that broke immediately. Do yourself a favor and buy your fountain from a different company.

    I love the device but this app tries to push the cloud service every time I try and access the SD video backlog. It makes for too many hurdles to make this a fun app to use.

    Please take away your developers’ new iPhones and give them five year old ones so that they learn to develop apps that are not incredibly wasteful with computing resources.

  • Water won’t flow

    Please help. Water won’t come out. It is all set up. Internet connected. Calibrated. Tried rotating the water tube. Nothing. Tried email and it said timed out can’t even email anyone.
