On the visual side the icon design is pretty basic and a poor-quality design, five year olds could easily make 100x’s better free hand drawing. Which maybe isn’t a bad idea that apple should do that since they seem to capitalize on everything the have their name on. It’s a garbage app, agreed with the other review, user needs to be signed in to your business account email. This app seems dedicated to the capitalist enterprise/corporate companies versus small business owners or solo entrepreneurs etc.. pretty sad that Apple capitalize on just about anything as his name even though it’s a multi-trillion dollar corporation now.

This shouldn’t require an Apple business account to sign in. I use a custom domain with iCloud+ for my business. That should be enough to use this app. Period. Restricting how your millions of potential users can access this app means this app is dead in the water before it even has a chance to take off. What dumdums do you have working at Apple these days?

Have uninstalled this a few times and it does not uninstall correctly, it’s draining my battery none stop.

Someone is reporting my business closed, I was directed to this app which I cannot log into because I am locked out of my business log in which was never connected to apple in the first place. 😬🫠

As the owner of my own business I am unable to login because my phone is tied to my personal info and not my business. So I don’t even have the option of logging in to edit my business’s information. Apple needs to get with it and adjust this.

You can’t even use the app unless your phone is logged into your business Apple account which is dumb and very restricting. New flash Apple companies aren’t using their personal Apple accounts to set up their business account. You shouldn’t have to change your Apple account for your phone to do stuff for your business, should be simply click on the app and sign into your business account. Apple really has a bad business app and needs to look at google business because that thing is easy to use.

I went to go try and sign up and as I went to click “Continue” after filling out all the information on the form for the password, etc. all it said was “Your account could not be created at this time.” Ummm… no options? No reason why? I googled and searched and searched on your website for some kind of Apple Business specific support… nothing. Typical Apple support, impersonal and useless.
