    I have the sock and the camera and use an iPad as a monitor - it works well to see the camera view and live bpm and o2 Love owlet!

    i really appreciate having the owlet sock for peace of mind! i have been having issues recently with the app loading my daughter’s health readings, or just connecting with the base and sock in general. it usually just takes a few minutes of messing with my phone to get it pulled up. it would also be amazing if there was an option to have the health readings as a widget. example: iphones allowing to display weather on your lock screen, but make it the owlet readings and what sleep the baby is in!!

    The sleep assist alarm is the dumbest thing. The number of times that stupid alarm has woken my baby up. Yes, I’m aware they are moving a ton, I’m rocking them to sleep, I just got them back to sleep, and your dumb alarm goes off and wakes them up. I want to throw this thing in the garbage. Paid way too much for it. Won’t be using it. Huge waste of money. We loved the orignal owlet with our first two.

    Used to love this app so much I ignored how glitchy the camera can be. Recently have noticed a lot of changes that I don’t agree with. Company claims to be for the health of your child, but continues to take functions away that are important to keep document of, of course unless you pay them more money. As if the system itself isn’t expensive enough. Used to be able to review footage, and graphs of vitals, now unless you’re paying them more money, can even see past one session. As a momma with an often sick child it’s infuriating. I used to be able to show her doctors what was wrong, now? I’m up all night ensuring I’m seeing where and when her vitals are dipping when sick. The continue to have “bug fixes, and enhancements” but continue to take vital functions away, and can’t even get the camera and sock to stay linked together or to WiFi. I’m constantly fighting with the camera especially to work. The sock not nearly as much, but at least once a week. Needless to say, I’m extremely let down and disappointed. I’d recommend looking for other monitors that stay consistent with “ putting your child’s health first”.

    Getting connected to the internet makes me want to give up on life. It is the most stressful thing to do I've only got it connected once and the "go to your app" pops up over and over even when you're not using the sock so I turned it off I CANNOT get reconnected

    The sock itself helps ease my anxiety but the app constantly lags and trying to reconnect our camera and sock has been a nightmare since moving!

    I cannot get the camera to open on the app. Just constant “trying to connect.” Very annoying.” Paid too much money to never work.

    Cam is constantly down when I check it in the morning. It’s not an issue with my WiFi as I’ve called tech services enough times and it never is my WiFi. I’ve completely lost WiFi 3 times in our 3 years and each of those times it has taken more than one tech call to get it up and running. We had a storm in March that took down WiFi for 2 days. When it came back up everything in the house automatically connected except for the 2 cams again. I’ve tried for a month and half to reconnect. Tech services is now only available during business hours and I work so… I’m done and replacing it and not recommending this product.
