I bought it. Set it all up, paid for the app. It did not block one call or text

The whole reason I signed up for this service was because I was tired of the spam calls popping up at inconvenient times. Now I get pop ups from silenced spam calls AND RealCall. Not to mention when I’m in the app it keeps prompting me over and over to add SMS protection (I don’t want it) and to sign up in FB, premium services, etc. I replaced one problem with another. I had to set up a separate voicemail to route the spam calls to… so they’re not stopping, they’re just rerouted… and I can’t figure out how to access my voicemails so I’m crossing my fingers no one important got sent to spam. Definitely disappointing. Why would I want to download an app that gives me MORE pop ups in addition to the spam calls I’m still seeing (even though they’re silenced)?

I, an experienced iPhone user and armed, or so I thought, with RealCall Spam blocking. How do I block callers ID’d as “Unknown Name” with “Unknown Number”?!? Can we get updated programming to include these calls? Especially those not legitimate enough to cough up their name, phone number and a message for their call? Just automatically block their call completely, I don’t care to even see the attempted call if no message. And leave the calls out of any tracking lists like “recents”, missed calls, et. al. treating it like a call that never happened. I’ve had days with more than 17 such calls exactly like this.

What’s the point of a screening service that blocks calls from contacts and still sends you a bunch of notifications about its features but not when my mom called lol. Trash. In response to the developer comment yes, I fully completed the settings and even though it said completed it kept sending me notifications to complete the 5 settings. So annoying. Very useless. I can’t contact you through the app. I’ve deleted it and surprisingly it’s more peaceful without the app even getting spam calls lol

I found this app by Googling what I could do to help with all the spam calls. I receive hundreds of spam calls a week. My personal phone recently became my work phone so I needed to know what calls to answer. Since I downloaded this app my phone has been at peace. I don’t have to worry about answering phone calls anymore! It’s been so nice!

I tried to cancel the free trial three times then when the free trial was up it charged me and refused to refund me. Not to mention it didn’t even work, i still got constant spam calls on my vacation. Don’t waste your money.
